Here are some web tools, some of which I made, some I found.

RSMailer Online Version: This tool allows you to send multiple emails to anyone. You can send it either anonymously, or a mass email to someone. The program version of this tool has more options.
Whois Psychic: This tool lets you type domain names, and it automatically finds if it's available or not. Auto-complete is in the tool also.
Websites as Graphs: A java applet that shows different aspects of your site, like the links, tables, images, and other stuff.
